A little more about me!

My approach to massage therapy is a blend of science and intuition. I rely on research and evidence-based practices to guide my work, but just as importantly, I listen to your words, your body, and your unique experiences. I believe that you are the expert on your own body, and your insight helps shape each session. During our first visit, we’ll have a conversation to explore your concerns and goals, so we can create a treatment plan that truly supports you.

I primarily use techniques that promote deep relaxation while also targeting muscle tension and other musculoskeletal complaints. Some of the methods I use include general swedish, targeted deep tissue and active/passive stretches.

I do not believe that massage therapy must be a painful experience in order to be effective. My goal is to work collaboratively and within your pressure tolerance so that we can find the techniques and applications of pressure that work best for you.

My passion for this work comes from a deep appreciation for the human body and its resilience, as well as my desire to assist others in living life with balance and vitality.

I was born and raised here in the Lower Mainland and have been living in this area since 2020. I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and prior to this, I completed the Massage & Bodywork program at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts in 2016. Both of these schools helped lay a strong foundation for my massage therapy philosophy rooted in patient-centred and compassionate care.

In my leisure time, I can be found trying out local restaurants, exploring the surrounding trails, and spending time with my cat named Fern.
