Rates

The time you book for an RMT treatment can include the following: admin/payment, intake, assessment, hands-on treatment and education. 

All prices include GST and any applicable taxes.

If it is your first time at the office, it is recommended you book for a 60 treatment to allow extra time for the initial intake. You may also arrive 5 minutes early if we are setting up direct billing or filling out any paperwork.

Returning patients: I offer 75 minute treatments on a limited basis. if you would like to book a 75 minute treatment ($155) please e-mail me at info@hollyleroyrmt.com or we can book it when you are in office.

Payment

I currently use Square Payments which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo as well as mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. I also accept Cash if it is exact.

Direct Billing

I am happy to offer direct billing to several insurance companies, including Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, Sun Life, and participating Telus eHealth insurers such as Manulife, Canada Life and more. At this time I do not direct bill to ICBC, Worksafe or MSP.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or change your appointment, you must provide 24-hour notice otherwise you may be subject to a cancellation fee equaling to the full amount of your appointment. I understand things happen that are sometimes out of our control, and will often assess each situation on a per case basis. However, please be aware that if you are unable to make your appointment and do not provide adequate notice, you may be asked to provide credit card information before being able to book again.
