The time you book for an RMT appointment can include the following: admin/payment, intake, assessment, hands-on treatment and education.
All prices include GST and any applicable taxes.
If it is your first time at the office, it is recommended you book for a 60 appointment to allow time for the initial intake.
Payment
I currently use Square Payments which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo as well as mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. I also accept Cash if it is exact.
Direct Billing
I am happy to offer direct billing to several insurance companies, including Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life and more.

At this time I do not direct bill or accept ICBC, Worksafe or MSP.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or change your appointment, you must provide 24-hours of notice otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee equaling 100% of your appointment. I cannot direct bill your insurance for missed appointments. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment it will be marked as a “No Show” and you will be charged your Credit Card on file, or asked to pay at your next appointment. Payment must be received within 2 days otherwise future appointments may be cancelled and online booking privileges will be removed.
